I love the beef mince although have to say it's not ideal for camping as needs a bit longer to cook so need to take loads of gas. However on shorter trails or road trips is tasty and versatile. Highly recommend

Versatile protein source. For frying I get better results when soaking it a little longer, drain excess water before putting it into the pan. Also great for cooking and as is as light weight biltong. Will probably be awesome for making pemmican.

We live off grid in extreme weather and have a very spartan existence with no fridge or freezer.
