PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Freeze-Dried Eggs
Add ± 2.5 - 3 units cold water to 1 unit dry product. Mix through in a bowl, cover and allow to stand for 10-15 minutes. Whisk until smooth. Rehydrated product can be used just like fresh. NOTE: Uncooked Product - requires cooking

I have bought your excellent foods since long ago. The quality and preservation is unique. They come in very handy when there´s power outtages. So you don´t need to refrigerate them. I wish you did the same with potatoes and pork. Thank you for delivering what you promise.

This is an amazing product. After rehydration it looks like fresh eggs. Make wonderful scrambled eggs. A little bit more watery than fresh eggs, needs to cook a minute longer. Would love it if it was available in smaller sizes.
