PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Freeze-Dried Eggs
Add ± 2.5 - 3 units cold water to 1 unit dry product. Mix through in a bowl, cover and allow to stand for 10-15 minutes. Whisk until smooth. Rehydrated product can be used just like fresh. NOTE: Uncooked Product - requires cooking

What's more, freeze-dried foods simply taste better than dehydrated foods, offer a wider choice of both meat and plant meals, are lighter and are easier and quicker to rehydrate.
Freeze Dried products are generally more expensive than the dehydrated equivalent products, but are superior in every other aspect.

This is an amazing product. After rehydration it looks like fresh eggs. Make wonderful scrambled eggs. A little bit more watery than fresh eggs, needs to cook a minute longer. Would love it if it was available in smaller sizes.
