PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Freeze-Dried Eggs
Add ± 2.5 - 3 units cold water to 1 unit dry product. Mix through in a bowl, cover and allow to stand for 10-15 minutes. Whisk until smooth. Rehydrated product can be used just like fresh. NOTE: Uncooked Product - requires cooking
