I have been standing at the stove stirring for 45 minutes waiting for these to cook. Finally they are done. They are absolutely tasteless and the texture is not great at all. So they don’t cook like real eggs and don’t taste like real eggs. Maybe they are good for baking? They would be practical in an emergency but don’t have high expectations for them tasting like anything.
I love and enjoy your outstanding product. Proactive food is delicious and nourishing. The packaging is strong and durable. Thank you for my free pack of dried eggs that i received with the Vital 30 Emergency food kit. I am a big fan of Proactive food. 💜
Delicious 😋
The food taste very delicious as in original taste 😋. It really turned my 6days Canyon a journey into a luxurious world
So RELIEVED that I started to stock up! Xcellent quality. No expiry date until you open. Lightweight to take with you anywhere. See photo : Travel ready, by Air local or overseas and by car!! Eat as is or with added rice/noodles. Will order more....
Very good friendly service .
As a Trade Artisan Chef I was quite surprised by the flavours of the packs. I added a bit of seasoning, but otherwise, for a product that just has to be rehydrated, wow! Hats off to the chefs that made it, and the food scientists that freeze dried it. The Lasagne is my favorite, so far.
I keep this as my emergency back up. Variety of food in durable packaging.
Lovely mild curry.
I enjoyed the meals I purchased for my hike recently. I took the chicken ala king, beef lasagne and vegetable korma + couscous with me. A friend took the chicken ala king and commented that it was delicious but she could not find any chucks of chicken. She said it tasted like chicken soup but she enjoyed it. The vegetable korma + couscous lacked flavour but I added some dried fruit ( just an idea) to give it more flavour. The Beef lasange was delicious with lots of meaty and cheesy chunks. I happen to compare my beef lasagne with another brand, but same flavour, from a fellow hiker and his meal was a larger portion but certainly was more expensive when I priced it. The Proactive brand of foods are indeed, in my opinion, worth the costs and a tasty and easy meal to prepare on a hike. Just don’t mistake the small moisture absorbent package inside for flavour packet as a fellow hiker ate hers and was throwing up during the night. The one negative issue was the comparison between the two brands, as with the other brand it was easier to eat straight from the packet and that packet had a zip lock type sealer which meant that the packet could be closed and the packet was larger in size. I resorted to using a bowl for my meal as it was easier to eat it that way then from the packet.
Well packaged, did not use it yet however!
Love the food!! The only suggestion I can give is if the packet design can be different for when we open it to put the water in - for the packet to either be sturdy to stand up when you wait 10 minutes for it to be right. Or even a seal to close it when waiting as well.
Although I haven't tasted it yet,the packaging is string and compact for stocking up

I love everything Proactive Foods.
I have bought your excellent foods since long ago. The quality and preservation is unique. They come in very handy when there´s power outtages. So you don´t need to refrigerate them. I wish you did the same with potatoes and pork. Thank you for delivering what you promise.

Best powdered eggs on the market. Tried other brands, this one stands out.
